Labline acid waste systems feature a state-of-the-art mechanical joining system that uses no-heat Elastolive for high-integrity joints in seconds. Labline has displaced more expensive, difficult-to-install glass and metal systems and the need for fusing, caulking or welding of joints. Components are made from specially formulated polypropylene with an operating temperature range from -10°F to 212°F (-23°C to 100°C). The high-performance, mechanical-joint system is easy to install and disassemble. Ideal for modular systems and remodeling, it is designed with heavy-duty, all thermoplastic fittings that are reusable. These durable, all-plastic fittings allow for rapid installation and trouble-free service, even in difficult areas. Labline loose nut 1/4 bend (45°) (MJ x LN) fittings come in 1-1/2", 2", 3" and 4" sizes furnished assembled with no-heat olives and union nuts.
